What is working for me...
I find that a scheduled class or private is working best. I have very good intensions to get in some cardio each week on my own, but that takes discipline - which apparently I do not have yet... I am hoping that Collette's Saturday morning run clinic and mat class will help get me motivated to do cardio on my own at home. I need to book the time to do it, just as I do with a class!



It is so interesting to me how I seem to get a different workout with each of our instructors at the studio. We've all completed the same training, but each of us has our own style. 


My first Private session with Collette was awesome! 
We started on the stability chair, then finished on the reformer. If you have not tried the stability chair you should. It takes your strength training to a different level. Collette had me laying on it, stepping up and sitting. It is amazing how many exercises you can do on such a small piece of equipment!
